At DRIWNS, we focus on providing high-quality custom printed T-shirts. Because many of our products are personalized, our return policy is limited.
Custom Products
All customized or printed products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.
Eligible Returns
Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product
- The product has printing defects
- The product was damaged during shipping
Return Request
Customers must submit a return request within 5-7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Description of the issue
Requests sent after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected and approved:
- A replacement product will be sent, or
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Minor color differences due to screen display
- Customer design errors
We recommend checking the size chart carefully before ordering.
