Custom Orders
- DRIWNS specializes in custom printed apparel.
- Customers are responsible for providing correct design files, text, and details before production.
- Once the order is confirmed and production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Design Responsibility
- Customers must ensure that the designs they provide do not violate copyrights, trademarks, or any legal rights.
- DRIWNS will not be responsible for any legal issues arising from customer-provided designs.
Product Variations
- Due to printing processes and screen settings, the actual color of the product may slightly differ from the preview images.
- Minor variations in print placement or color are normal in custom printing.
Size & Fit
- Customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.
- DRIWNS will not be responsible for incorrect size selection made by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Since products are customized, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless:
- The product is damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- The print is defective
Payment
- Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.
- Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
Delivery
- Delivery times may vary depending on order quantity, customization, and location.
- DRIWNS will not be responsible for delays caused by courier services.
Bulk Orders
- Special pricing may apply for bulk or wholesale orders.
- Production time for bulk orders may be longer.
Intellectual Property
The DRIWNS name, logo, and designs created by the brand remain the property of DRIWNS and cannot be copied or used without permission.
